These end mills have a diamond or diamondlike coating for machining abrasive material, such as carbon fiber, fiberglass, and graphite. Made of solid carbide, they are harder, stronger, and more wear-resistant than high-speed steel and cobalt steel for the longest life and best finish. Their extreme hardness means they are brittle, so a highly rigid setup, such as a CNC machine, is necessary to prevent the end mill from breaking. They have a ball end for milling rounded slots, slopes, and contours. All are center cutting, allowing plunge cuts into a surface.
End mills with fewer flutes provide better chip clearance for high-volume, high-speed plunge, slotting, and roughing cuts; end mills with more flutes provide a finer finish and operate with less vibration when run at high speeds.
Diamond coated end mills are an economical option for short runs and intermittent use. Diamond-coated end mills are good for long production runs. They run twice as fast as other carbide end mills and last up to 30 times longer.
CVD diamond-coated tools are ideal for the machining of non-ferrous materials.

1) When can I get the price?
We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you urgently want the price, please call us or tell us in your email so that we will regard your inquiry priority.
2) How can I get a sample to check your quality?
After price confirmation, you can request samples to check our quality.
3) How long can I expect to get the sample?
After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed files, the samples will be ready for delivery in 3-7 days. The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3-5 workdays. You can use your express account or prepay us if you do not have one.
4) How long does the whole procedure be worked out?
After you place an order, the production handling time is about 30 days. We need 15 days to prepare all the stuff then 15 days for manufacturing.
5) What about the transportation and delivery date?
Normally we use shipment to transport the goods. It is about 25-40 days. It also depends on which country and port you are in.It could be shorter if you need to send the goods like Asian. If there are some emergencies we can send the goods via air express, as long as you afford the traffic expense.
6) Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
